"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your hard work of the past two years. I have had an excellent service from you, and indeed have recommended you to several friends. If I decide to return to contracting in the future, I will have no hesitation in using your company again."

Personal Tax

If you have not worked a complete tax year, or have been taxed using an emergency tax code, you are more than likely entitled to receive a tax refund. All Tax UK offer a low cost tax refund service that ensures you will receive back every penny you are entitled to.

PAYE

To find out if you are entitled to a tax rebate, please use our personal tax calculator.

If you are working under the PAYE scheme, we will require all of your P60's and/or P45's for every employment within the tax year (6th April - 5th April). If you have misplaced any of these documents, we can still submit a claim on your behalf. This may however cause a slight delay in the processing of your claim.

Most claims take approximately 6-8 weeks, and we will deposit your rebate into any bank in the country. Our fee is 15% commission on your rebate, or a minimum charge of £50.

Unlike our competitors, we will pay out your refund when it arrives, rather than waiting for a week to earn interest.

If you are about to leave, or have already left the UK, we will happily post your refund cheque to your overseas address or make a direct deposit into your overseas bank account for a £20 fee.

Please complete our online registration form to get started with your claim.

Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)

Our vast experience in the Construction Industry Scheme and dealing with Revenue & Customs means we will maximise the rebate claim available to you.

If you are working under CIS, you will need to lodge a Self-Assessment Tax Return. The deadline for lodging this Return for the tax year ending April 5th is January 31st the following year. The Inland Revenue will automatically issue a £100 late fine if this Return is not submitted on time.

To complete your Tax Return we will require all CIS deduction statements received during the year. We will also require a list of all expenses you have incurred in relation to the running of your business. Once we have received these documents, we will compile a set of Self-Employed accounts and a Tax Return for you to sign.

Our charge for completing your Self-Assessment Tax Return is £200.

Please contact us if you would like All Tax UK to prepare your CIS refund claim.
